The supply chain is slow right now, so it was several months between when he ordered the windows and when they arrived. He texted me a pic of the invoice where he'd ordered the windows, then texted any time he got an update on where they were, and sent a picture of them when they arrived. He then came on a Sunday to install them (after checking that it would be ok to do so)! He and his team were professional, friendly, VERY communicative throughout the process, and incredibly reasonably priced. The windows are beautiful, work perfectly, and were expertly installed. For reference, I ordered a picture window with two side windows. They're all double paned, and the side windows are double hung with sliding screens. Brad and Johnny are extremely trustworthy, honest, helpful, polite, clean, and genuine. They are both willing and ready to guide, advise, and take pre-install job site visits to provide suggestions and make the client/customer feel comfortable with the install and purchase. Their prices are extremely competitive and do not have the markups required by the larger glass companies in the area. We work with them regularly in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Durham.
